How will I receive my Kickstarter reward?

We will email our backers Kickstarter reward codes which can be activated on our website to claim your reward. Please note March 2022 is our estimated delivery date and is subject to change.

When will shipping fees be collected?

Shipping is not included in your pledge and will be collected when you redeem your reward on titancraftminis.com. This ensures we don’t overcharge or undercharge for shipping.

When will TitanCraft Heroes be ready to use?

Our initial goal was March 2022. Due to the success of the Kickstarter and the amount of stretch goals that were unlocked this date may be pushed back.

Will my current DesktopHero asset packs transfer to TitanCraft?

Yes. All of the asset packs you have purchased on DesktopHero you will also have unlocked on TitanCraft. We will create a way for you to link your two accounts closer to TitanCraft Heroes’ launch.

How will I unlock the DesktopHero asset packs I already own on TitanCraft?

We will email each of our users with specific instructions when the time comes. For now, just sit back and relax.

Can I login to TitanCraft using my DesktopHero account?

No. If you haven’t done so already, you will need to create a new TitanCraft account. We will provide a way to unlock your existing asset packs.

Will there still be the free assets?

Yes. The free DesktopHero assets will be included, and still won’t cost you a penny to use.

What will happen to desktophero3d.com?

The site will remain open, but new content and asset packs will only be uploaded to TitanCraft.

I have the TitanCraft Monsters Kickstarter Merchant License. Does the new license affect me?

If you got the merchant license from our Monsters Kickstarter, you will still have the rights to sell physical prints of monsters.

What is BackerKit's survey?

BackerKit’s survey is a tool that allows you to upgrade your pledge level, add more add-ons or update your payment method if it failed when Kickstarter tried to charge your card.

How will I redeem my PHYSICAL Kickstarter reward?

Once TitanCraft Heroes is live you will be able to create your own custom miniature(s) in our web app. When checking out your custom character(s), you’ll be able to redeem the linked coupons to your account.

How will I redeem my DIGITAL Kickstarter reward?

After you have received your Kickstarter reward code, you can activate that code on titancraftminis.com. Digital Asset Packs will be unlocked to your account automatically and be available for you to use once TitanCraft Heroes is live.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
